An Evening of Music, Dallas Mavericks, and Steinway Pianos
How Music brought the Dallas Mavericks and Steinway Hall – Dallas Together. On Tuesday, October 27th the Dallas Mavericksopened their 2009-2010 regular season against the Washington Wizards at the American Airlines Center. This was a special night for the Dallas Mavericks as it was the start of a new season.

Steinway Discusses Hamburg vs. New York Steinways
Kent Webb is the Manager of Technical Service and Support at the Steinway & Sons factory in New York. He has been a wonderful colleague and faithful mentor to me ever since I met him in 2005 and has been graciously answering my endless questions in my relentless pursuit to learn everything I can about the construction and manufacturing process of Steinwaypianos.

Steinway Piano Dealers Prepare For Steinway Day 2009
The City of Chicago made a strong bid to host the 2016 Summer Olympics but, came up short and Rio de Janeiro will host the games. However, Chicago did receive a winning vote this year and will be the location of the 2009 Steinway Day.

Steinway Logo on Both Sides of Concert Grand Pianos?
I was watching TV the other night, and Saturday Night Live was on with Drew Barrymore as the host and Regina Spektor as the musical guest (Oct. 10, 2009). As I was enjoying Spektor sing and play on the beautiful, high gloss Steinway D with the bass side turned toward the audience.

The 5 Browns Perform at Steinway Hall – Fort Worth (Video)
Last month, classical music’s newest phenomenon, The 5 Browns made an appearance at Steinway Hall – Fort Worth. The 5 Browns performed three pieces and answered questions from the audience followed by a book signing for their new book Life Between the Keys.
